HOW TO PAY
Fees are payable in advance, at least three weeks before the course starts, and no refund is made should the student leave before the period expires.
Payment can be made through a Bank transfer. These details will be given upon registration.
Credit card facilities are not available.
The Institute reserves the right to withdraw any student in case of unsatisfactory conduct or inability to adapt to the organisation.
ADMISSION:
Students to be admitted to the College must send the Application Form via email or by post duly filled and signed by their Parents (please find the form below).
Once the College notifies that the student is accepted, the following documents should be sent to finalise the registration:
Health Certificate
Letter of reference from the School
Use of mobile phones and electronic devices form, signed by the student and Parents (please find the form below)
Photocopy of Passport
Two passport size photos to be handed in on arrival
EQUIPMENT:
No special equipment is required. Only face and bath towels should be brought. It is advisable that each student should be equipped with warm jumpers and cardigans, a raincoat and an umbrella.
TRAVELLING
Students, who wish to be met at any London Airport by a driver sent by us, should arrive in the day time and notify the Institute well in advance of their travelling arrangements: airline, flight number, town of embarkation, airport and time of arrival.
The transport to and from the airport is at the student’s own expense.
We strongly advise students to travel with light and manageable suitcases.

Forms
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Students are expected to attend all classes and to complete homework which will be set by the teachers.
Students are not allowed to go out alone, but only in groups and chaperoned. At weekends, however, they are allowed to go out or away with friends of the family provided they bring their parents’ written permission.
3. No money will be advanced to anybody.
4. No responsibility is accepted for money or other valuables which have not been handed in for safekeeping.
5. The student will be liable for any loss or damage to property belonging to the Institute.
