What we offer
The Institute offers comfortable single and twin bedrooms. The Students share bathroom facilities on the floor. The rooms are cleaned regularly from Monday to Friday and bed linen is provided and changed once a week. The catering is very carefully attended to. The use of a kitchenette is available for light cooking. A washing machine is available for personal laundry at a modest cost.
Fees
Academic Year: 3rd September 2023 - 22nd June 2024
Registration Fee: £40 ( not refundable)
Single standard room £185 per week
Single small room £160 per week
Twin bedded room £170 per week per person
Twin bedded room for one person only £210 per week
Fees include: Bed, continental breakfast daily and evening meal from Monday to Thursday
N.B. If you go away for one week or more you have to pay in advance £ 50 per week’s absence
Christmas Holiday from 17th December 2023 to 2nd January 2024
Long stay (more than four weeks)
Registration Fee: £40( not refundable)
£ 210 per week

Short Stay (less than four weeks)
Single Room: £ 40 per day B&B only (continental breakfast)
Twin Room: £ 30 per day, per person B&B only.
N.B. From 22nd June to 31st August the College is in use only for the Summer Courses.
We close the Residence in August
RULES
Residents must have mutual respect. Anyone who causes disruption in the house may be asked to leave.
Residents are expected to make their own bed and keep their rooms tidy.
No responsibility is accepted for money or other valuables which have not been handed in for safe keeping.
Residents are required to obey the fire and safety rules.
Residents are expected to be in by 11 pm except Fridays and Saturdays, 12 am
Wifi is available in the common rooms.
FOR SAFETY REASONS SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED
